Pilcher & Edwards Ltd are a family based firm specialising in the resolution of building leaks and general building maintenance.  The business was started in 1967 by John Pilcher (Pilchers Waterproofing Ltd). 

In 2008 Pilcher & Edwards Ltd was formed under the ownership of David Edwards, building on the 40 years of accumulated experience in providing waterproofing and maintenance solutions to the greater Auckland area.

As the business has evolved and changed over the decades, we now specialise building maintenance of all types with specific expertise in the identification, diagnosis and repair of leaks to both commercial and residential properties.  

Our staff are multi skilled and our aim is to provide sensible, practical advice and service to the building owner.
